Twenty-three students accepted for fall 2009 declared an interest in majoring in applied mathematics. This is the largest group of accepted students the math department has ever seen!
The entire fall 2009 freshman class will be officially welcomed by President Manning at a celebration on Saturday, April 4. Festivities begin at 1:30pm. Incoming students who register and attend will be entered in a raffle to win a one-year meal plan valued at over $3000. The math faculty are looking forward to greeting this record setting group!
